Spot the drift

At Band 7, every sentence in a paragraph must serve its topic sentence — examiners penalise ideas that wander, however true they are. Drift usually looks reasonable: a related benefit, a sweeping generalisation, or support for a claim nobody made. Each item gives a topic sentence and four supports; find the one that drifts.
