The policy
You can request a full refund on your first subscription payment for any reason within 3 days of purchase. We don’t ask why.
How to request a refund
Email support@ieltsprep.site from the email address on your account. Include the subject “Refund request”.
We’ll process the refund within 5 business days. It typically appears on your card statement 5–10 business days after that, depending on your bank.
What happens to your account
When we issue a refund:
- Your subscription is cancelled immediately.
- You lose access to paid features at the end of that day.
- Your essays and analysis results stay put; refunds don’t delete your data. Email support@ieltsprep.site with subject “Privacy:” if you want a full account deletion.
What’s not covered
The no-questions refund applies to your first subscription payment. Subsequent renewal payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel auto-renew at any time from your account page, and you’ll keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
If you believe you were charged in error, or you experienced a material service issue, email us and we’ll make it right regardless of the 3-day window.
Payment processor
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. We don’t see or store your card details.
